Separated and then conjoined,
Twisted, entwined, entangled,
Ripped apart before reassembled.
Fibres combed, brushed, carded,
Dyed, rubbed, stretched and shrunk.
Molded, sculpted, stitched, sewn,
So two dimensional becomes three,
With every fibre locked in
To form a shape that stands alone.
